My son's Science Teacher had a formula to add both your parents height 6'3 + 5'4=11'7, then divide by 2=5'85 & add 3 inches...=6'1 1/2...this will be your approximate height... :)

Well, you are approximately part-a-foot taller than common, that is lovely tall. I'm no longer certain what you imply via "too tall"? Women love tall guys, and in a lady's eyes, the taller the larger, so you are in no way too tall to get the females. However, being too tall can rationale wellbeing disorders, however I suppose that so long as you are no longer over 7'zero, you will have to be first-rate. If you joined the NBA, you would not be wherever nearly being the tallest participant.

If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Good luck

this is a tough question, but look at the tallest person in your family not just the mom and dad but also grandparents and greatgrand parents. also uncles. then look at the smallest person in your family. you will fall between those to norms.you may be as tall as your dad or as tall as your great grand father if thier is a latent dominant gene for height on you fathers side. I don't know if you are an only child or not but if you had one other brother or sister, then statisticly you would have a 50% chance of being as tall as your dad. activity level really has nothing to do with it. it's all about genes. my husband and I are about the same height as your mom and dad and my first born son is getting to be as tall as his dad he is now 12 years old, my second son is 10 and it looks like he will be closer to my height. by the way unless you have some type of growth disorder or disease you should stop growing at around the age of 18 or 19years.

I really can't say exact but about the same height as your dad. But you won't stop growing until you are about 18 yrs. old.
