I haven't met one that is a Hard Polytheist. Usually Wiccans seen the Gods and Goddess' as archtypes, claiming each one is actually an image of The God and The Goddess (and some go even further by stating the God and Goddess are merely reflections of Masculine and Feminine aspects of One Deity). Usually the Hard Polytheists are following a specific Path/Tradition (such as Celtic, Egyptian, Hellenic, Asatru, etc).

I am a hard polytheist Wiccan and know many other Wiccans who are also hard polytheists. While I am an Eclectic, I've witnessed many Traditionalist Wiccans grit their teeth at the whole "all gods are one god, all goddesses one goddess" thing. It was originally said by a woman named Dion Fortune, who was not a Wiccan and quoted by Doreen Valiente. A segment of the Wiccan population grabbed hold and ran with it.
Which one "feels better" has nothing to do with it. People are hard polytheists (or soft polytheists for that matter) because they believe that to be the nature of the gods, regardless whether that is appealling.

I'm not certain what you mean by a "hard polytheist". I'm a polytheistic Wiccan, but my definition of deity may be different than others. To me, deity is an archetype, a representation of a certain type of energy; not a person with supreme power.

Actually, I'm not a pantheist. Pantheists believe that everything is deity, I don't think I subscribe to that belief. We'll see where the path leads in the future though.

I'm sure there is a Wiccan out there who is. But generally most Wiccan believe that all gods/ess are ASPECTS of the God and the Goddess. Hard Polytheist tend to be Recons. Most Hard Polytheist tend to not mix pantheons.
Deirde that is considered pantheist if you would like to know the "techinical" term
