OK I am in 6th grade i am an very self conscious. I am skiny but i have wider ribcage than the rest of the girls and it makes me feel fat. I have had attempts of anorexia and i have troubl eating healthy. Can somebody plx help me i really need good diet thats free or any tips. Plz!!! no funny answers i am serious

Your ribcage is bone structure which you can't change yourself, it's genetic, & trying to eat less, actually will make your ribcage more pronounced. We come in all shapes & sizes, you can't compare yourself to other girls because they have a different bone structure. I would eat healthy nutritious foods (organic when you can) start with avoiding junk food & drink lots of water.
I have a big ribcage myself but I also have muscular thighs, which was my focus. Unfortunately, girls are very hard on themselves when they don't need to be. Love your body, it's the only one you have & take good care of it.

When I was your age, I felt the same way. I developed hips before anyone else. I felt uncomfortable with my body, just like you. I really wish I could go back and stop myself from obsessing over it. When I look back at old pictures my hips don't look wide at all! Girls tend to be hypersensitive about our bodies. In reality, it was just all in my head.

Basically, if you are at a healthy weight, you are fine!

you can alter bad eating habits but your bone structure will not change until you're much older =/

(fortunately) there ARE certain types of clothing you can wear to make you feel more comfortable.. I know it is not a fix but it may help some.

Hey your body is changing to a young woman. Don't sweat it. YOU ARE NORMAL AND WONDERFUL! Everyone has a part they don't like. Mine is my shoulders.. Too wide I think. You are growing and going through normal changes and it just seems that you rib cage is big, but it isn't...
