I have 200 bucks and I have no clue what to do. I'm interested in technology, guitars, music, etc.

Well, most banks ask for $100 or something like that, I think you have more than enough money to start a savings account. You will earn interest and it looks really good later in life for different things.

invest it in technology stock, its the gift that keeps giving. you can reinvest your earnings to buy more stock and in time it will be a nice source of income for you.

you could give it to a charity! or an animal shelter! you could save like, 4 dogs or cats lives!!
