Hey! Jesus died on the Cross to save mankind from Hell and some of the people Christians marry....Let's just say divorce is covered by, "On Earth as it is in Heaven."

The sin are equal in the eyes of god. You are right though if a church or a christian turns a homosexual away they are wrong. Jesus dined with the sinners, he went out looking for them to teach because he was sent for the lost. What good does it do him if he is trying to save people if he only teaches the ones who are already saved. Christians have no right to judge sinners. Paul made it clear that christians call only judge other christians that claim to be doing gods work but are hypoctites.

Just because they are Christian doesn't mean they are perfect. They are called to bebave like Christ but with the knowledge that they are flawed (and likely to be hypocrites). With saying that, you are right that many Christians don't fight to save their marriage nor do they find divorce all that troubling. Part of that is that many people have been raised in the days of uncontested divorces. The divorce rate amongst Christians (particularly protestant evangelicals) tends to run higher than any other group in society. There is a failing of the Pastors to talk with young people about marriage (and the challenges) and them not openly telling people who divorce that they should try to make it work. Of course with a lot of the population now having been divorced, they don't want to "upset" there congregation.

Some Christians are disobedient Christians.
If 2 Christians married & put God first in their marriage, then each other, then the children, & then the career. Then there wouldn't be the divorces among Christians.
Christians still have the sin nature in their flesh. And not all die to the flesh & choose to follow after the Spirit. So? If the one who is committing adultery would just repent & put God first in his life, then, the divorce wouldn't happen.

Yes, it's a sin to divorce someone (except for marital unfaithfulness) and then to remarry someone else. Yes, many Christians ignore that fact. And no, neither sin is worse than the other.
That said, if I were you I wouldn't get too comfortable using the word "hypocrite," unless you're totally sinless like Jesus. When the rest of us sinners use that word, it flies back like a boomerang and sticks to us.
If you know of a church that bars homosexuals from its congregation, I hope you will remind them that Jesus died for homosexuals too.

It seems to me they are not truly a Born Again Christians!
For a true Born Again Christian may have the power of the Holy Spirit that will help them to have long suffering(patience) waiting for God to do the correction but not immediately devorcing their mate! You're very right and very correct! If you're a true follower of Christ Jesus (Born Again Christian, John 3:3; John 3:7), then must not just divorced your mate just because you can stay no longer to live with him/her, as it is written; unless it has a valid reason in having a divorce, Mat 19:9.
So, to me there is something wrong with those who claimed to be a Christian yet easily be snared by the lie of the Devil. I am not saying i am a perfect Christian but what i am saying is a True Born Again Christian must be aware of Lord Jesus' teaching!
In the final analysis, truly we are sinners but, it's all about the grace of God and Lord Jesus that we are saved, yet how can we claimed such grace if we ourselves seems can't deny and control ourselves on such problems? I've heard according to statistics: Christians has the higher divorce rate 57% out of total stat!
Sorry to tell those who professed to be Christian yet can't follow a simple teaching of Lord Jesus, Matthew 22:37-40. This is the summation of all the Law of God, which is Charity or Love, the fulfilment of the Law written by Moses.
So, my challenge to all Christians(especially those who have false divorce(not according to God's Holy Words, Matthew 19:9):
If you're a True Born Again Christians and divorcing your mate with no valid reason, how can you explain such?

Jesus had no business making any rules about marriage and divorce. After all he came from the womb of an already married woman. How did he think Joseph reacted when he saw his wife starting to puff up, knowing that she was supposed to have been a virgin, and that he certainly had done nothing to change that status? Did anyone explain to him that no one had been messing with his wife, and that this was just a simple case of "immaculate conception?" And then this kid, when he grows up, is making rules for other peoples marriages??? Not hardly.

actually the following verses tell that being gay is an abomination
1 Chorinthians 6:9
9Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind
Leviticus 18:22-23
22Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination.
23Neither shalt thou lie with any beast to defile thyself therewith: neither shall any woman stand before a beast to lie down thereto: it is confusion.

Effeminate-
1. (of a man or boy) having traits, tastes, habits, etc., traditionally considered feminine, as softness or delicacy.
2. characterized by excessive softness, delicacy, self-indulgence, etc.: effeminate luxury.
I do not think that they are un welcomed, they have to repent of their sins, just as any one else.
Also being gay is saying God did something wrong that he made a mistake, either by "making the person gay", or making 1 man and 1 woman to be together to reproduce.

If you read the verse more carefully you'll notice that Jesus is not condemning divorce but remarriage after divorce. I mean God himself got divorced. "I gave faithless Israel her certificate of divorce and sent her away because of all her adulteries. " Jer 3:8 So do you think God sinned by getting divorced?

MANY people in churches are not saved. They have not, in their hearts, repented of their sins. This includes adulterers, fornicators, pornographers as well as homosexuals. All of them are welcome to come to church. None of them should be told that what they are doing is OK with God.
Remember the Samaritan woman at the well? The one who had 5 husbands, and the man she was currently with wasn't even her husband. Jesus told her that what she was doing was wrong - "Go now and sin no more." were His words. To anybody included in the above paragraph, you should picture Jesus telling you these words also.
If you've committed adultery, "Go now and sin no more" If you've committed fornication, "Go now and sin no more." And if you've committed homosexual acts, "Go now and sin no more."
Calling adultery wrong does not make homosexuality right.
