Try Walgreens as you can pick up developed pictures (brought in or from online) after the camera counter is closed. Most Walgreens are open very late or are 24 hour.

that depends on the individual store. When I am at work mine will develop film as late as 8:15 pm since I know I can reasonably develop the film print the photos and do quality check before handing them to the customer Yet still have time to shut down and get out before the manager has a hissy at 9 Rule of thumb most Rite Aid labs will not accept film for one hour processing after 8pm

Find the Yellow Pages. Look for a Rite Aide near you. Find your phone and dial the number. Ask for the photo lab. Ask "What is the latest I can have my pictures developed?"

Problem solved.
