they are small kind of like pimples and they are on both undersides of the wrists. What are they. there are alot of them and i have never had them before. they do not itch or hurt

You could have psoriasis. Have you been under a lot of stress lately, run down or sick??
You need to go to your doc. & have a check-up.

It could be a few things so go c your doctor to get an accurate diagnosis. If you've suffered wrist injury it could be carpal tunnel or just a cyst. Meanwhile use thermal health gloves to protect the area & help healing.
