WE PUT HER ON RESTRICTION AND TAKE THINGS AWAY BUT NOTHING SEEMS TO WORK..ANY ADVICE PLEASE HELP...

You need to pick one punishment and stick with it. If she has a TV, DVD player, computer, take it ALL out of her room. Tell her that unless she can behave that she does not deserve to have any of those things. Make her earn those things back with good behavior.

Apparently she's out of control.
Taking things away and putting her on restriction hasn't worked, time to spank.
Rip her butt a new one.
If you do it right the first time, you won't have to keep doing it. She'll know you mean business.

Supernanny does time out. Pick a chair or step or bench that is just for her when she needs a time-out. Don't make it in her bedroom because then when you tell her to go to bed she'll feel like she's going to time-out. If she tries to leave, put her right back. Now I understand that she's 9 years old, but if she's going to misbehave and act like a baby, you should treat her like one.

Find out what her currency is. If she loves TV take that.... some love radio, hanging with friends or allowance. You need to figure out what is most important to her.

be patient.. she's 9 and unfortunately it gets worse my daughter is 15 and Im convinced she is possessed!! LOL!! maybe what you can do is try counseling that is what Im in the process of trying.
