God is defined as love as i said...And Mercyful and so on...
However, God, as some people believe, is responsible for natural disasters e.g. hurricanes etc...
If our so called God is what the Bible depicts he is then how could he bring him/herself to cause or even allow such disasters that claim the lives of millions of inoccent people...

Please only Relevant answers...
Thanks...

Jesus, in more than one place, said, this earthly kingdom
isn't his; once was when He was betrayed into the hands
of those who killed him. Peter cut-off the ear of one of them
and Jesus healed his ear and said, if this were my kingdom,
I could call for angels to fight. He also told the apostles that
He is not of this world and neither are His people. Jesus
refers to satan as the "prince of this world".

Satan offered Jesus the world when he tempted Him; it was
his to offer and what goes wrong here is his doing not God's.

Yeah, that whole lovey dovey God image is more in line with the New Teatament. The Old Testement gives lots of examples of a wrathful God who will punish Man for his transgressions.
You can also take the approach that natural disasters are not disasters at all, but rather a normal, if at times destructive, part of the world God created for us. It's not his fault that you built a motor home park right in the place he sends hurracaines. In other words, don't take it personally when the damn breaks, not everything is about you.
Then there is always the great fallback, God works in mysterious ways. I don't like that one though, it's too much like a parent saying "Because I'm the parent".
Also consider the belief that God takes everyone's life sooner or later, it is not for us to know when or why. Maybe taking a child early in it's life will teach the lesson of compassion to countless people, ultimitely spreading more of that love He seems to be so very fond of.

OH. MY. GOD. do not you ever blame God for your own shortcomings. either he does exist and he gave you free will, which you seem ungrateful for, or else he doesnt, and your whole life is free will, in which case you are still apparently ungrateful. this is a bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, bad, BAD, reason to not believe in god. there are much more obvious reasons. and here's a helpful hint, it is ALL up to opinion. think what you will, but right now you are wasting your life, the only sure thing you've got, thinking about something irrelevant. You don't know what love is. you chase the word, not the feeling. discover something new, man.

God's creation, the world, was perfect: no "natural disasters e.g. hurricanes etc...".

Man, by his selfishness, has screwed it up. Man wants, and claims to be in charge, declaring that there isn't even God.

So why blame someone few believe even exists?

Look to yourself!

Yes. God IS against incest, and those who commit such atrocities will face Him on judgement day, EVEN if the event is recorded in the Bible so we can learn from their sins and keep ourselves pure and unspotted for the coming judgement by watching THE example of the lives of others.

God is defined as Love, because He is love.
Satan tho, is like a roaring lion, seeing whom he may devour.

I experience that love daily, and have done even in the midst of the most devastating of experiences.
Please Read Romans chapter 8 in the Bible.
This is the experience of all those who have put their faith and trust in God.

Read the Old Testament and you will see that this is not a god of love. Christians just pretend that he is.
