Now that most potato chips have no trans fats, no cholesterol, and made with sunflower oil...why else would potato chips still be bad for us?

FYI, here is the nutrition label for Lays Kettle Cooked (fried) extra crunchy original (plain) per serving (1oz)
-Total fat: 8g, of which 1g is saturated, 2g is polyunsaturated, 4.5 is monounsaturated...no trans fat.
-No Cholesterol
-110mg Sodium
-18g carbohydrates
-1g dietary fiber
-0g sugar
-2g protein
