It's a well know fact he had to retrieve the stolen items himself instead of calling the police. The police would never help him after he exposed what a bunch of manipulative racist conspirators they really are under the surface.

"He" says they are stolen. A person on the tape claims that the stuff was paid for. Who should I believe?

I don't believe you even believe what you're saying.
The reason that OJ didn't call the police to get this things back is that he wanted them back and didn't want anyone to know about it because he didn't want the Goldman's to lay claim on them. OJ is full of crap and I hope he spends the rest of his days in a jail cell and washing the poo out of the toilets that prisoners use. Maybe someone can stick it to him a couple of times too.

Because his new lawyer stated that there was no way that he would ever give anything to the Goldman's and that the stuff was OJ's and would always and forever be OJ's.
I guess the new lawyer hasn't read the civil law judgment that states that all OJ's crap belongs to the Goldman's until the judgment is satisfied (33 million).

I haven't followed this story because in my opinion OJ Simpson is a piece of crap. But anyway. I find that your belief that OJ was only "asking" for his property back to be inaccurate considering he was charged with armed robbery.
I don't know where you have gotten your information, but I think a little research is due on your part. Try searching "Nicole Brown murder". I think you see that OJ is not exactly the kind hearted soul you think he is.

Everything Simpson owns, up to 38 million, belongs to the Goldmans.. from whatever source or title..as per court order. Easy one.
