I'm almost 17
He is 17
he is away at school but his mom doesn't like his school and is considering bringing him back home. the only thing is that he doesn't like him family (long story.) and doesn't want to move back in with them...now if his parents and my parents agreed with him moving into my families house...would that be okay? because I'm thinking about like his legal guardian would still be his parents..would that cause conflict or anything?

if you need me to clear up something let me know.

but bottom line...would my boyfriend be able to move in?

legally, with both your parents consent, yes. however, don't bet on either of your parents letting this happen.

I guess if both your parents agreed, but i think 17 is a little young to have a bf move in with you, especially with your family too. It doesnt sound like a good idea.
