Each and every person does have an angel that will guide and protect them.
Guide:
Gen. 24:7, 40: 7 The LORD God of heaven, which took me from my father's house, and from the land of my kindred, and which spake unto me, and that sware unto me, saying, Unto thy seed will I give this land; he shall send his angel before thee, and thou shalt take a wife unto my son from thence.
40 And he said unto me, The LORD, before whom I walk, will send his angel with thee, and prosper thy way; and thou shalt take a wife for my son of my kindred, and of my father's house:

Protect:
Psalm 34:7: 7 The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.
Psalm 91:11-12: 11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

I have a favorite saying about this topic:

I am an angel feather
Sent from Gos above
To serve as a reminder
Of His most gracious love.

It s from your guardian angel,
That God assigned to you.
It fell out in her struggle,
As she protected you.

Each time you nearly stumble
Each time you nearly fall
Thank God and all His angels
For answering your call.

I do believe in angels.

Yes, we all have angels to watch over us. You can read of several accounts in the Bible. Billy Graham has written books, one entitled simply "Angels" and Terry Law has one entitled "the truth about Angels". Both are good reads and if you cannot find them at the library, try http://www.crossings.com
Heb.1:14 "Are they (angels) not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?"

'parently so. its sometimes a family member, one that in life had a great position in the family. y'know, like the wise old grandmother, or the stern but oh-so-loving grandfather, but obviously not just family, it could be anyone who feels connected to you and feel they have a responsibility to look out for you. so they take on the 'job' by tapping into your intuition when needed, its just up to us, the living to pay attention to our intuition. ever get that feeling that you shouldn't cross the road yet? or should go back into the house, by don't know why then find you left something on? thats what i'm trying to explain, this feeling is according to believers, angel/s tapping into your intuition and giving you the heads up.

Psalm 91:11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;

There are no less than 283 mentions of angels in scripture. Many of those scriptures reference angels' work ministering to humans here on earth. Go here & read:

its not nesscarily "true", its just what some people believe. and i believe so.

baserunner316, you need to get it in your head that not everything goes according to your plan. our lives are movies. each one of us is the star for our own, and God directs them all. sometimes a movie may seem awry, but all movies have happy endings, if you have faith they will. same with life. you just gotta have faith.
