if you catch him staring/glancing at you...many timesduring the day. if he comes and talks to the people around you, about nothing. if he is loud and rowdy when he's near you, and then calms down as soon as you're gone. if he smiles at you every time you see him in the hallway, even if you aren't looking.

I don't know how old you are but here are the basics-Men are by nature, predators. It is literally in his DNA to make the first move. So, you must do the hard part and WAIT FOR IT. If he hasn't got the intestinal fortitude to open up to you, he's not ready or not worth it. Short version: if you think he's drivong you crazy now...

Well..
-He can't help but smile at you
-He touches you out of no where..even if it is just a simple touching of the feet
-He talks to you when he gets the chance
-And just if he seems to have general interest in you.

Ha calls you, talks to you, asks you out, wants to date you shows an interest in you, etc. If you have to chase him, if you're doing all the calling, asking out, etc., he's not that into you.

he won't give you excuses for not calling you back, not calling you at all, not wanting to see you, never uses the excuse he has to get up early in the morning...
