Hiya, im an assistant manager in the lovely bar/pub... thinking of organising a theme party: either latino or just pure spanish... what do i need and what would you recommend apart from sangria and deals on sanmiguel and tapas? maybe ideas where to get accessories and other stuff from? music? to ask staff to dress up? thank you!!!

I remember going to a bar a few years ago with friends, which hosted a Mexican themed night and all the staff where dressed up in ponchos, sombreros and some of the female staff where wearing feather boas.
You could buy mini pinatas and put up national flags around your pub, not to sure on the music though but I'm sure if you google it there will be plenty of ideas.
