I'm still working on the title. It's a mix of everything. Mostly old-style midwest food, and new California food. The old Midwest food is good, but jazzed up, the CA food is not as fancy as normal. I'm still working on it.

At the moment I'm finishing off an ebook on 'sports dieting' which includes how to work out your BMR (how many calories you burn off in a day) rate.
