Too numerous to name. Best to just look them up.

Both are adventists. Both came out of the same movement around the same time. But Jehovah's Witnesses don't believe that Jesus is God. They believe that we should only refer to God as Jehovah. They don't believe in blood transfusions.
Seventh Day Adventists keep Saturday as the sabbath, as a result of some Seventh Day Baptists they came in contact with. SDA's believe that Jesus is God in the flesh. They will allow blood transfusions, but they follow a diet that doesn't allow the eating of meats that were called unclean in the Old Testament.
Both religions focus on the second coming of Christ.

Seventh Day Adventists are very similar to other Christian religions. SDA's believe in the bible and unlike previously stated, the SDA's do not hold any writings higher than the Bible. They believe in the trinity and that we should follow ALL of the ten commandments(including the 4th that states to keep the sabbath). They believe in the seperation of church and state. And they believe that when you die you will remain unconscious until you are resurrected at Jesus' second coming.
Jehovah's Witness' believe their bible, which is interpreted by the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society. They believe that holidays are unchristian and therefore should not be celebrated. They believe that only 144,000 people will be able to go to heaven to rule with Christ. Jehovah's Witness' used to be prohibited from voting, but are now allowed to vote.

Jehovah Witnesses have their own Bible which is called the New World Translation. Their Watch Tower Society translated it for them. No other Christian church or denomination accepts it. They are exclusive in saying they are the chosen ones and everybody else is the wicked slave class. They have a history of predicting the future i.e. the return of Christ but they have never been right yet! They stick together, their faithful to their beliefs and they are family oriented. They are encouraged to get out and knock on doors because this goes a long way toward their salvation plus selling their literature helps to raise money for their organization. They very seldom question their organizations beliefs. You would have to talk to an ex JW to find out what happens to someone when they do that.
SDA's agree with most Christian Churches that the way of salvation is through Jesus Christ. As already mentioned they place a strong emphasis on the Sabbath, which they would not say saves a person and they have strong opinions about the end times and being vegetarian. They use the same Bible translations all the Christian Churches use.

It is Interesting to note that both the Jehovah Witnesses and the Seventh Day Adventists came out of the same movement around the same time. The years around 1800.
Based on elaborate calculations of the dates mentioned in many prophecies of the old and new Testament, these movements had reached the conclusion that the return of Christ should be in the year 1844.
Although this happened, but not in the litteral way that they thought, they formed separate movements based on new and modified interpretations of their predictions.

The Jehovah's Witness's are against all but two of the Commandments in the Bible.
I am not well acquainted with the Seventh day Adventists; but their name alone says that they believe that the Commandment to honor the Sabbath day is obeyed. God ordered the Sabbath to be on the last day of the week. A Roman ruler ordered it to be changed to the first day of the week. And most are still believing/obeying that ruler, not God.

Not much. JW's are Gnostic and SDA's profess the Trinity. Not much difference between Charles Taz Russell and Ellen White. Both revisionist born of the !840's American party (Know Nothings) and the Millerite movement. Oh! The sky is falling and Papists are to blame!

I think, Jehovah's witness is very intense and they are forceful in a way and knock on your door and that's how they are like forcing you to join. This is the opposite of Seventh Day Adventist.

Both are Christian Movements, despite what people may say.
SDA observe the sabbath, they believe in the trinity, JW's do not do either. It would be like asking what is the difference between a Lutheran and a Baptist. Just different views of Christianity.
And I do not believe that SDA go and knock on doors.
Pretty different really

One follows the Command Of Jesus : “to make disciples of people of all the nations, . . . teaching them to observe all the things [Jesus Christ has] commanded.” In doing so, these sincere Christians do not compromise Bible truths that expose and condemn doctrinal error and unchristian behavior. (Matthew 28:19, 20)
Today, Jehovah’s Witnesses are fulfilling their commission. ALL other denominations are on a different course.

I know the JW's follow the bible to the letter. I think Adventist still follow man made doctrines like the lie of the trinity and Hell being a place of eternal torment.
