Watch your credit card bill closely! This is what I found on their site, their real meanings are in parentheses:

""Everything that we sell is brand new and factory fresh. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold. (we may not even ship you the one that you ordered)

All products we carry are covered by manufacturer's warranty or store warranty. (We charge you extra for the warranty)

We are not responsible for typographical errors. (oops, we misplaced the decimal point)

Please note that prices change frequently, we cannot offer price protection on any product that has already been shipped to you. (once we ship it to you, we may charge you more)

Some prices shown are after the manufacturer's rebate. (Rebate must be mailed in with a postmark date no later than 1/1/1999)

Items carry either overseas, USA or Camera Professionals warranty. (they mostly carry overseas warranties so you'll have to ship your camera to Uganda to have it fixed by Miguel, a 7 year old goat herder with 13 fingers)

USA warranty may vary in cost. (we'll still charge you for the US warranty)""

Also, please check with the manufacturer to make sure the camera you bought isn't a grey market. They should be able to tell by the serial number. Oh, and watch that cc bill closely. I cannot stress that enough!!!

Heres the Better Business Bureaus page for them. Only one complaint in the last 12 months usually means pretty good but the BBB didnt get a response from them for it. http://www.newyork.bbb.org/reports/businessreports.aspx?pid=44&page=1&id=57105

If you are unsatisfied with them, file a complaint with the BBB as a buyer beware for the rest of us. You might even get your probelm resolved.

The trick is asking this sort of question BEFORE doing risky purchases.
No, I haven't bought from there. I wouldn't buy from there. You shouldn't buy from there. I might send my ex-wife there though, but I'm a cruel and bitter man.

Check their rating at resellerratings.com. I'd stay away from them.
