Use a bit of sugar mixed w/ honey & rub it gently against your lips. Rinse your lips well.

Or coat your lips w/ Vaseline & lightly brush them w/ a soft, old toothbrush.

Apply Aquaphor Healing Ointment afterwards.

try this i love it its my own invention take some sugar a drop of honey and a drop of whole milk and make like a pasty grit and use a soft Tooth brush to gently exfoliate then rinse and apply a lite layer of Vaseline it works great
