all fuses on the 2001-2006 RS body style minivans are in the box under the hood.

When you open the door look on the end of the dash there is a panel that can be removed and it will list the fuses on it too.Also under the hood on the drivers side should be a gray or black plastic box that also has fuses, relays inside of it too. Hope that helps and best of luck.

normally Dodge puts there fuse boxes for the interior on the left side of the dash look on the side that faces the door. If it is not there I am not sure it has one.

Under the hood and between the battery and the windshield in a long black box.
