sounds like your trying to write a good story :-) it doesn't sound dumb, it's quite interesting. maybe you can better say it this way:
Right at that moment I saw the hate of the cyborg. Its lasers were coming out of its eyes and blinding its victim. "Oh no, they've found me! The cyborg doom race! Oh nooo, not the mushroom cloud of hate!"
