well for one we now have a terrorist watch list but yet it is impossible to find out if you are on the list, and if you try to fly and get refused because you are on the list it is pretty much impossible to get off the list unless you're an elected official, The government has repeatedly trampled the 4th amendment by monitoring what people read ect. ect.
