Is it because of comfort or are they just sluts. aren't they afraid of people noticing they are not wearing underwear? have you ever gone any where without wearing any. I understand why girls dont wear panties with pants because of pantylines but why short skirts?

Some girls have such low self esteem that their entire identity is defined by their sexuality. So, they use their bodies to attract attention, men, etc. The trouble is that it is often the worst kind of attention. Imagine the talk. "She is a SLUT! She NEVER wears panties and she flashes her stuff for anyone who cares to look." Etc.
It's sad. Some are total sluts. Others are desperate for attention. Still others have NO IDEA how to behave like ladies. But NO GIRL goes without panties in a short skirt for comfort! That's like saying, I walked into church totally nude, because clothing binds me.

Some of it is over comfort, they don't normally wear them, so why start. For some they are extremely confident in themselves, and see no reason why they should. Those type of women are not necessarily sluts (though some are) They have high self confidence that not all women have. It may be a case of driving other women insane, especially those who have no or little confidence to make themselves feel more attractive.
And not wearing any at all may not always be the case, they may be wearing something that is not easily seen, such as a very small g-string.

Unless it's a really, really tight-fitted skirt, I don't see why they wouldn't wear panties. I guess some girls just prefer not to wear them. I can't say I have ever gone out somewhere without panties or a thong; it just doesn't feel right! Girls can wear a thong to avoid the underwear line....so I really have no idea, just a personal preference, I guess.

First of all, you should say why do SOME girls...Girls who don't wear under wears under short skirts should be consider not so womanly. It's not OK and this is why I make it my business when I see a female doing something i don't approve off, because it's disrespectful to all women and not only that people assume that all woman are like that.

Because it is cooler in the summer and you don't get sweaty and it is adrenaline without any to try and not get caught is fun to occasionally flash somewhere far from home for fun not to be slutty
