on what a? a reall fone, skype on some other voip software - which one?

skype you cant - you have a host caller, they initiate calls to others, not reieve calls and add them together.

i think is has to be the other way around if u r talking about a 3way conversation, call the 1st person than when u have the 1st person on the line click flash dial the number than when they answer click again.
