*^_^* That made me laugh and most of what you've said, I've considered (smiles) Thanx hon

In the begining, there were d*mn near naked ladies posted on the bill board (I kept taking them down til one day I looked up and saw a man in his "nut huggers" (I took that one down as well.)

I work with only men (and a few very young men) who love to voice out what they'd do to some girl walking cross the lot, one main one is my Supervisor and although he's a good guy, he thinks it's all in fun but, it's really starting to bother me, am I being too stuffy?

Things like this happened at a past job that led to my Super cornering me in the gaurd shack and he getting maced. My husband found out and asked me to leave my place of employment, I did and filed charges but, I love where I'm at now and could transfer but, that to me is just leaving the next woman (if that's who replaces me) to go through it.

Makes me wonder what they say about me sometimes...

Personally, I always liked a hostel environment. Always had a lot of fun there, but now a hostile environment is what it sounds like you have there, and that's not much fun unless you're packin some serious hardware. Maybe a .357 or a .44, both in magnum sizes. Either way, you can use my name if you want, just tell em to lay off before I have a vietnam flashback on them. lol that should get their attention. Or you could grab one by the gonads, and threaten to rip em off, that would get their attention also. Put a sign on your work station:
Lovely to look at,
Nice to hold.
Touch me again,
You'll never grow old.

that should get the point across also.

dondi is through now. huggles n squeezles and a small grope for fun.

edit:
Oh, yeah, they prolly talk about how hot you are.

When the first event happened to you, you should have reported it to HR. That way you have some background, what generally happens is that people wait until the last and worst time to report the issue. HR takes your side most of the time unless it is for something that will cost the company lots of money. they will advise the managers and let them know you are pissed and filing a complaint with the government. If you have a bad reputation they will get lots of witnesses and have them write up as much crap about you as they can. It is a serious matter and you better make sure you have your facts inorder adnthat they can be verified or the tables can turn so fast you will spin and wake up naked and alone. So have fun and be ready for animosity and hate.

Well first talk with the supervisor and if nothing gets done then talk with the boss and warn him that if nothing is done you will go to Human Resourses and file a complaint. Most of the time guys think they can do whatever they want because there's only one girl but if you file a complaint they will investigate. But most of the time when you let the boos or supervisor know how it's affecting you and your work they should stop it. So talk to them before you do anything else.

Does your company have harassment policies? Is there someone whom you can report such things to or are you essentially on your own? It may be necessary to file a complaint with the appropriate agency. It sounds like it might be better to leave as well as report them.

Pictures are one thing; I've encountered such things in many industrial workplaces but when you are the target of unwanted advances then it is best to hold them accountable, as hard as it may be.

Now!
If you feel your working environment is hostel then you need to report it ASAP. Get on the ball with that because now days people lose their lives over situations such as this. Have someone step in as soon as possible.

A hostile work environment must meet three tests:

pervasive
unwelcome
does damage to you

Then you must report it and document it. Tell people. We don't count here!

Good luck
