Technically right at the moment of conception. But to be honest, I don't consider a fetus who relies on their mother for food, shelter, nutrients, etc to be an actual living human being. I agree with Thor the Almighty: Life begins when the baby can survive outside of the mother's womb (after birth).

I would say when the egg implants into the wall. This is what morning-after pills and IUD's are designed to prevent. In my opinion, when it becomes part of the mother's anatomy, not including the eggs, then it is alive, and killing it is simply murder.
I know a lot of irresponsible men and women will disagree with this, maybe because they couldn't be bothered with another life at one time in their lives so they had a doctor kill their unborn child. Babies have their own ways of making gestures and reacting to sounds and pressure that is unique from another baby. Saying that they aren't alive is dead wrong, for the child.

Around 4 or 5 years old.
In truth I would somewhat agree with Thor.
Up until it is viable on it's own it is just an obligate parasite.

God said to King David in the psalms, "I knew you from your mother's womb." So I would say in utero.

at conception...from that point, the organism is alive by virtually any definition of the term...I don't know when it becomes "sentient", but it is alive.
