I've been involved in some places where the churches have therapists in their congregation that help give some of their time for people in need.
In Florida we also had a college that had sessions with new students ready to graduate, and set up their own practice.
Can you also check inot places like SS benefits/ Family
assistance programs and so on. Look on line under the therapists or mental offices located in your areas , they may have a number or address for you to go to or speak with. there are some places that help you based on your income. Where you'd pay a bertain amount instead of the full cost of the visit.

It sounds like you quite do want someone to confer with. Is there an section wellbeing amenities center on your section, or a loose clinical hospital that would want to grant loose counseling? If no longer, contact social amenities, because each from time to time there are team treatment classes that are loose, because the therapist/counselor volunteers his/her time. Is there a hospice on your section? each from time to time they have loose team medical look after distinct populations--no longer only grief counseling, yet for others as well. an option decision might want to be community church homes--in many circumstances they could have a set that meets on an accepted foundation. in case you won't be able to have sufficient money meds, yet can get a prescription from a wellbeing care professional, there are courses that the drugs agencies have which will mail the drugs to you--it sounds like you are able to take advantage of being on an anti-depressant. sturdy for you for recognizing that you want help. attempt no longer to imagine too far ahead into the destiny, and attempt to attend on your existence in some unspecified time sooner or later at a time, and if that seems too daunting, which it may some days, then take issues one hour at a time. I actual have grappled with melancholy and clinical topics (automobile-immune) for years, and this is not any thrilling...only understand that persons do care, and that there'll be better circumstances. the most important to getting better is recognizing that there's an issue, and also you do keep in mind that. sturdy success to you; you are able to digital mail me in case you favor to.

If your an military spouse go to www.militaryonesource.com You will have to look around on there but you can receive civilian counseling. There is a limit to how many sessions. It was initially designed for soldiers who felt ashamed about some of the feelings they were experiencing after deployments and didn't want to inform their chain of command. Anyways, this could be a help for you. I hope it does

most hospitals have clinics and you can make payment arrangements with them. Some doctors will waive the expense of the appointment based on your income. Start making some phone calls and ask up front for the help you need and tell them your situtation and your lack of insurance.

You might want to call Tricare any see if they can refer you.
If not you can check the local hospital to see if there are support groups that you can join.
You might also want to check with the health department in the area as well.
Check the local paper as well sometimes they have information for groups in the community section.
Good luck to you.

I believe Catholic Charities would help you out. Also, most states have mental health counseling resources. Look in your yellow pages, and make some phone calls. Best wishes to you, my friend.
