Warrants are a matter of public record and so you can find out. You can call the police or sheriff or whoever you think might have the warrant out on him & ask how to find out. In OK, we have OK Supreme Court Network, or oscn.net, which lists everyone arrested or with warrants under the "court dockets" tab. See if you have something like that in TX.

You can't. Only your boyfriend can find out if there is one for him. Police do not give information out to just anyone. However, if there was a citation of some sort given him and he had to appear in court, the court record will reflect a warrant issued, and most court records are public records.
