Anyone know? - Yes, the DA. Call him. Anything else would be a guess.

I worked for lawyers for many years and if I were you, I'd contact the public defender or attorney and find out for sure. The DA usually doesn't get any charges until several days later. He's not even in the first initial court. It could have been an illegal search, or maybe they are investigating and are going to keep tabs on you for now. But just to be sure, call the jail and ask for a copy of your booking forms; the police for a copy of the citations and see for yourself.

I would either wait for paperwork from a higher court system or call the DA's office and see if charges are going to be pressed, otherwise you can ask the arresting officer if you should be expecting paperwork for a court date.

Good Luck and stay drug free now on!

You were released "O.R" meaning you have no set bail and you are not a flight risk. You still have "pending" intent to sell charges, your release form will have a court date on it.The district attorney dropped to misdemeanor "possession". DID YOU PAY ATTENTION AT ALL IN COURT??????

davidmi711 gave you the correct answer....follow his advise...call the DA's office and asked for the status of the case against you...they will tell you where the case stands or if it has been dismissed.

Did they read you your "Miranda rights"? Did they follow protocol?
If not, all evidence would be inadmissable.
