I just saw that on the news...when the plaintiff swears in...to whom? Since God is omnipresent, how could he miss the court date. He might just be sitting there in the back taking it all in. I believe it will be a freak show to the extreme outside the courthouse... Too funny!!!

It's a civil case, isn't it? If so, he will just be found liable. Then the senator will have to go for a garnishment order. A garnishment order on god's wages...hefty!
