Yes, various beach at the south side of Hong Kong Island.

Hong Kong has a few beaches. The famous one is Repulse Bay, the Clear Water bay is another one.

yes, HK has some nice beaches. But considering it's already mid-September, I wouldn't recommend it. The only place where you can have summer-like beach parties in China at this time of the year is Hainan Island, particularly the city of San Ya.
