Of course it does. The 6th commandment forbids murder, and murderers go to hell. But, everyone is a sinner, not just someone you might murder. The murderer and the murderee are both sinners. If you murder, you are judged and condemned as a sinner. The person who is murdered also faces God and is condemned as a sinner. The Bible says that "all have sinned and fallen short" (Romans 3:23). So there is no justification to murder anyone, harm anyone or do anything else that victimizes someone.

Here's the deal though, and this is Christian doctrine (which makes me think whichever so-called Christians you were talking to must be recent converts who don't know anything, or they think they are Christians but are not); Christ came because we are all sinners and condemned to Hell. It's our nature to sin, and the finish line for everyone is the place where life-long sinners go. Jesus comes to change our direction, to forgive our sins and consider us as though we are not sinners. If we are under his covering, saved by him having received his death on the cross in our stead, THEN we are Christians and come into positive relationship with God and get heaven when we die.
Even murderers can be forgiven by Christ, because theirs is no less sin than that of liars, or fornicators, or adulterers or homosexuals. The thing is, sinners must repent of their sin and turn to Christ. Some sins can have greater consequences in this life, but all sin is just that, sin. Even the Christian is still a sinner, but a saved sinner, and one to whom God will not count his sin, and God will work in that person to will not to sin. But Jesus said that if you even hate someone, you are guilty of murder because that is the state of your heart.

We are ALL sinners, no one is not a sinner. Murder is to kill without just cause... I know you never met a Christians who says its ok to murder sinners. Any Christian will tell you everyone is a sinner even themselves. Now, you might know some Christians in favor of the death penalty, but that is a far cry from "mudering sinners"

Murder, which is defined as "killing without just cause", is forbidden by law and by the words of Jesus Himself who said,

"You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'Do not murder, and anyone who murders will be subject to judgement.' But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother will be subject to judgement." Matthew 5:21-22

Have you ever been angry with someone? Jesus said that is the same thing as committing murder.

Killing when there is a just reason for it, such as protecting yourself or your family from an armed attacker, is allowed and expected.

God bless you.

Nope, a true Christian would know that it is God's place to punish sinners and pass judgement when the time comes. If we assume that it's OK to punish sinners, then we are assuming God's position which is a far worse sin.

The 10 Commandments states that "thou shall not murder" because murder IS definitely a sin. As humans it's inevitable that we'll sin, but because of God's amazing love for us, He sacrificed His one and only son, so we could gain salvation.

8Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins.
~1 Peter 4:8 (New International Version)~

16"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
~John 3:16 (New International Version)~

As far as the Christians who claim is acceptable to murder sinners...it's NOT their place to decide the "punishment" of those who sins. God is the only one who can judge sinners for their actions.

12What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? 13God will judge those outside. "Expel the wicked man from among you."
~1 Corinthians 5:12-13 (New International Version)~

Before you say that a Christian said this or that, first find out what it means to be a Christian before you decide that the person saying it is one.

According to Jesus, however, ...

(look it up - it's all right there in the Bible under such headings as "Thou shalt not murder", etc.)

By the way, I think you're confusing Christians with Moslems. It's the Moslems who teach from the Koran that they should kill all infidel in "holy jihad".

Jesus said just the opposite, LOVE your enemies, PRAY for them that dispitefully use you, do GOOD to them who hate you, etc. "If your enemy is hungry, FEED him. If he is thirsty, give him something to DRINK."

Does THAT sound like "it is fine to murder sinners" ???

So, ARE they Christians who said that? Or are they wolves in sheep's clothing?

I'm sure you're intelligent enough to see the difference and figure it out for yourself.

I don't know who you've talked to but they're not Christians. It most certainly is a sin to kill a person, whether he's a sinner or not. We've all sinned.
Why don't you look at the Bible, look at the example given by Jesus, before you ask fallible human beings this question?

You seem to be a troll, but I'll answer you anyway.

First of all, everyone is a sinner according the Christianity, so you are saying that we can murder anyone.

Jesus commanded Christians to love their enemies, to bless those who cures them, and to feed those who hate them.

Christians have to be nice to everyone. Murder is forbidden.

----------
Let no debt remain outstanding, except the continuing debt to love one another, for he who loves his fellowman has fulfilled the law. The commandments, "Do not commit adultery," "Do not murder," "Do not steal," "Do not covet," and whatever other commandment there may be, are summed up in this one rule: "Love your neighbor as yourself." Love does no harm to its neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
~Romans 13:8-10 (NIV)
