Don't know. Where's your library?

That depends on where you live. States normally provide some tax money to libraries - the amount varies a lot from state to state. Then your city, county or municipality might also provide some library funding also, but some places don't.

usually, not much. Most libraries (if they're lucky) have a millage in place to provide said funding. A common millage number might be 0.5 to 1.5. How much you would be providing to the Library depends upon the worth of your home, in most cases. For a $200,000 house that can be as little as $26/yr or so. Your local library can likely provide you with their millage numbers and formula. If they cannot provide you, the city/township hall surely can.

Another source to consider is the instructions booklet of your state income tax form. They usually have a breakdown of how much monies has been paid for what purposes.

You should be able to get a breakdown of your property taxes by calling your local property tax assessors office.

Go to the Finance website for your jurisdiction. There should be a buget posted for you to look that up. Failing that, give them a call.
