Hardly! How secure would you be if you belonged to the Aztec religion? In fact ALL religions are man's effort to reach God. Why should He respect that? Especially when He has gone out of His way to reach out to US. No, religion is not the answer. Only a genuine relationship with Him will do.

No.........belonging to Jesus Christ and asking Him into your life is what makes you secure in the fact that you will not suffer eternal damnation.
Religion is man-made and since man is made from the dust of the earth and that earth was cursed by God, religion is not a secure way to heaven. But may be a secure way to hell if it doesn`t teach that
Jesus is the only way to the Father.

Your religion is the one your parents are in. If you follow religious principles after proper studies and understanding of it you enjoy emotional security. You can belong to one religion, but that does not mean other religions are taboo to you. You should respect GOOD preaching of all religions and live your life by it. Treat conversions as dirt and stick to your religion and treat your religion as your second mother and do not desert your mother through brain washing by antisocial dirt elements.

We can be guaranteed our security by following any of the religions of the world, if we understand the true essence of religion. Every religion secures us against harm if we understand what is good for us. Every religion teaches us to lead a righteous, constructive and meaningful life, perform meritorious deeds but do we really understand the essence of religion. We commit all kinds of misdeeds, crimes, sins and then we expect protection from religion? No one can come to our rescue

Maybe weak people need religion as a corselett for their mind. But if you are strong enough, know what you want, what's good for you and if you are good educated you will know what's good and what's bad without religious guidance. Social norms and rules change with the times and the religions are limping back always.

As to those who deny the Signs of Allah and in defiance of right, slay the prophets, and slay those who teach just dealing with mankind, announce to them a grievous penalty.
They are those whose works will bear no fruit in this world and in the Hereafter nor will they have anyone to help.
Say: "Whether ye hide what is in your hearts or reveal it, Allah knows it all: He knows what is in the heavens, and what is on earth. And Allah has power over all things.

No. Religion never saved anybody.
Only Jesus Christ can forgive us of our sins against God and restore us back to Him.
Religion is merely the outer "trappings" and decorations as man attempts to reach up to God.
Jesus said "No man comes to the Father but by ME." The religious people in his day didn't like it any more than people do today. They crucified Him (though He rose again the morning of the third day). People today continue to "crucify" Him in their attitudes towards Him because they don't like His message to "Come and follow me."
Even His mother said "Whatever HE tells you to do, do it."
