Well, I guess since Cain had to commit incest anyway, God figured letting him marry, despite being a nomad, was OK. Ya' know...God is bi-polar. Don't believe me? Just read the OT (especially the story where he talks to Moses about destroying Sodom and Gomorrah, he keeps changing his mind all throughout-I think 4 or 5 times)

The Bible doesn't say anything about giving Cain a wife it just says that:
16So Cain went away from the presence of the Lord and dwelt in the land of Nod [wandering], east of Eden.
17And Cain's wife [one of Adam's offspring] became pregnant and bore Enoch; and Cain built a city and named it after his son Enoch.
it says nothing of 10 sheep in my bible and his wife was one of adam's offspring, it doesn't say that she was given to him

Maybe Cain kidnapped his wife, or she rebelled against her father and ran away with him.
