Hi sweetie~Do I love garlic? Is a blue bird blue?
I'm sure I must walk around in a green cloud--yet no one has yet backed away from me! I'm a savoury, not a sweet person, so I can truthfully say I use garlic (& lots of it) in absolutely everything. One of my favourites is roast garlic, not Elephant garlic--that's too mild--on warm sourdough with olive oil & sun dried tomatoes. I love to crunch raw garlic in salads. I even "snack" on garlic toasted in olive oil. JUST garlic all by itself! Both my sister & I love to cook, & we used to watch the Food Network. What a joy when I found out the easiest way to peel garlic! Put the clove on the chopping block & give it one good whack with the side of a chef's knife. The skin slips right off.
& guess what? I love the smell of it on my hands! My grandpa used to wear a strand of garlic around his neck. (Born in Croatia; I've never seen anyone else do that.) I've heard that they have garlic ice cream at the Gilroy Garlic Festival, but I have no taste for ice cream so...
Some time, roast some big green chili peppers--peel off the skins, very lightly par boil onions, & put them in a jar with olive oil & lots & lots of garlic cloves, & a tad of white vinegar. Be sure to let them "marry." GREAT on polenta!
Hey, maybe my grandpa knew something--try a string of garlic around your neck & maybe--oops, I'm even afraid to say it--absit omen!! you'll get your account back. We're still trying.
Have a wonderful garlic day! :):):)

I know you're not gonna believe me, but I'm THE NUMBER 1 GARLIC FAN in the world. On average, I consume (i.e. in raw state, as garlic tea, and/or in, on, with anything and everything) over 6,5 pounds (that's roughly 3 kilos) of GARLIC every single month - yes my dear Moon, every single month. And that is NOT counting the incidental garlic that might have been used in the preparation of restaurant and/or take out food. Once in fact, I eat so much garlic that just smelling my fumes cured a friend of mine of his cancer - or so he claims! LOL But make no mistake about it, I do NOT eat all that garlic just because it is good for me, I eat it because I ABSOLUTELY ADORE IT. Like I said, I like garlic anything: foods, jams, sweets, teas, chocolates, red pepper & garlic, even garlic on garlic tastes great to me. But garlic butter marinated BBQ-ed shrimps (or lobsters) and garlic-robbed rib eye steak and fresh garlic bread are out of this world. See what you did, now I'm all hungry - you are a mean mean lady; now I know why Y!A suspended you! :-) Just kidding, my dear. Pay no heed to those Y!A ONION heads, my sweet Moon - keep eating your garlic, have fun with your friends (here/everywhere), and absorb the GOOD rays of the Sun, so you can shine brightly every night. Have Fun!

Yes, I love garlic. It is very good with carmelized brown sugar for fried tofu.

HOWEVER, if you ever do a full detox fast, you must stay away from garlic as it impairs your brain a bit (makes you stupid).

I love garlic. On everything. :) Just put a small dash of it in your meals- garlic is actually a natural antibiotic and antioxidant, and it also keeps the mosquitos away. And it adds flavor to just about everything. :)
