is anyone a lawyer or know of a good lawyer that is experienced in immagration in the state of florida.....i just need some advice on a visa! thanks for any suggestions in advance!

Call the county bar association.
They have a registry of all licensed attorneys in the area and what they specialize in.They'll recommend someone.

Contact the local bar association in the county you are in living in. If you don't have enough money to pay for a attorney's service then you should try a local legal clinic which are free sometimes you have to call ahead in advance. Here's the number for the Florida State Bar Association

I got a lawyer from the bar association once and will NEVER do that again! You're going about this the right way. I'd ask the same in a more local section. Don't know if Y!A has regional or state categories but they have local business.
