Here's just a few that I'll put down,

Coco power on the peanut butter on the craker's - very tasty chocolate flavored crackers.

MRE bomb- tabasco sauces (about 10 or so) in the heater and put in someone's face. You'll be rewared with a scream of 'why would you do that!'

You can bring a camping container filled with multiple spices to season the food to the way you like it, a few times i've used camp spices to add a little extra flavour, here is a link to where i buy my camping spices.

Gather plenty of MRE heaters and plastic water bottles. Fill the bottle a quarter of the way up, put an MRE heater in it, screw the lid on tight, shake, and throw. It may take a minute, but it's loud as hell.

Mix the sugar in the dairy creamer bag, then add just a touch of water. Mix well. Roll the bag up as tightly as possible Use a small flame (matches) to cook the mixture slowly. You'll end up with a marshmallow.

When you're on guard duty, and the sleep monster is breathing down the back of your neck, stick some coffee powder directly in your mouth like dip. It's nasty as hell, but it works.

Save the hot beverage bags to keep personal items in that can't get wet.

Put only a little water in the coco powder, and you've got pudding. Some people even add peanut butter to the mix.

Eating the heads off the matches will leave harmless traces of sulfur in your body to be sweated out. This added chemical in your sweat will serve insect repellent.

Add a little water to your pound cake to make it softer and sweeter. I go so far as to make it into mush and eat it like pudding.

STAY AWAY FROM THE OMELET!!!

On my first trip to the Field they put one of those Tabasco bombs in my face to wake me up!! Those were the days. The last time someone did it they got 45 45 half months pay X2 and busted down from E5 to E4. To many candy *** new boots to have that kind of fun any more.

Back when they were brand new, my division had a contest for MRE recipes. I submitted two, I'll give you those. One of them has been updated slightly for the times.

"Salami and hard rolls"

Take any kind of MRE package, and wait for the German kids to show up at the campsite on mopeds. Point to the MRE, point to the kids, say "Salami, brotchen, cola", and repeat until one of the kids takes off on his bike. When he gets back, trade the MRE for the bag he's carrying.

"Cheese Spears"

Take one of the squeeze packets of cheese, and smear it all over Britney Spears.

The second recipe may not be feasible in many instances.

Take your coco powder, some of the sugar, get your canteen cup, add a touch of water place near heater and enjoy the brownie goodness.
And it is always fun burning the coffee creamer.

I've got a box of assorted ones in my garage. One night I didn't feel like making dinner, so my husband and I decided to try some of them. GROSS!!! Unfortunately, my husband is now deployed, and has been eatimg those nasty things for some time now!!! P.S. stay away from the ham & shrimp jambalaya!!!!
