I believe that they had the ceremony at home, not the temple.

Before Jesus' time, a marriage was in affect once the man takes the woman HOME. There were no wedding ceremonies.

There was no real wedding. The couple was engaged. Once the woman was delivered to the man's house, the marriage was in effect. Of course there were feasts etc but I do not believe there were actually any ceremonies.

A ceremony with someone officiating in some respect. There was a time no laws were no in effect in the Old Testament. then came the Ten Commandments and also civil law came to be.

Fairly similar to how it is now, if you're referring to a Jewish wedding.
(And I assume you are as you asked about the temple.)
jebis didn't affect our rituals.
The ketubah, the chuppah- they've been around for quite some time...

I know their wedding parties often lasted for days. One of the reasons why they ran out of wine at the wedding at Cana probably.

It was a "blast!" lots of people, singing, dancing, food, went on for a while too! and the music!..wow! very festive! put our weddings to shame! read the OT ...lol...
