Um, yes, I'd feed her for starters! But hey, if Grandma can mug someone half her age... I think I'd get her a job teaching kick-boxing.. Problem solved.

That depends on whether she is your grandma or my grandma.
You could also ask, if a Yahoo Answers asker was starving for ideas, and resorted to asking meaningless questions just to get points, would you stop him if given a chance, and the answer is NO :)

If you knew your grandma was starving, why would you let her get to the point where she would have to mug yuppies--a feat, BTW, beyond the ability of most old women? Why didn't you buy her groceries, or get your family together to help her, or refer her to Meals on Wheels or food stamps?
And yes, I would stop her.

BTW, in case anyone out there who's unemployed and can't find a job is beating themselves up over this passage, this refers to those who refuse to provide, not to those who can't provide.

If your Grandma was starving, why didn't you loan her some money so that she didn't have to resort to robbing yuppies?

Being that it would mean grandma would have to come back to life I'd probably have a full blown religious experience.
