SPAY HER! The only way to make sure the infection is out of there is to spay her. She is going to keep getting infections and a uterine infection is deadly. Quit messing around and get her fixed.
Added: You need to get her spayed now. Once infection sets in the best thing you can do is get it out, then put her on antibiotics. A uterus full of junk is too much for antibiotics to clear up.
Get the surgery done ASAP or you are going to lose her.

The treatment usually IS to spay the dog. I have known a couple of people whose dogs were so bad that they treated them with antibiotics first and then spayed them after they were okay.

Pyometra is the name for the condition your dog has.
Your dog should be spayed. It is a operation where they remove the ovaries and uterus of the dog.
She will never have any infection problems again and she will never have puppys.

What you are describing sounds like pyometra and the only way to save your b tch at this point is to have the vet spay her.
Pyo is a VERY serious condition...I've been thru it.
I wish you all the best.

Once she is stablized and the infection under control, she should be spayed. Spaying prevents this condition which is called pyometra.

The vet needs to spay her first, then start the treatment. You have to act fast; otherwise you may lose her.

Im not famiiar with vets and process in india but can't they spay her?
That is her only chance I am doubting that you have antibiotics strong enough if you can't even get her spayed.

Spay her. It sounds like the only chance she has. It should have been done long ago.

Oh dear!
I'm sorry to hear about your dog. She sounds perfectly miserable.
You'll have to work with your vet for her. The vet will probably give you some medicine to give her when you take her home. Make sure she takes all of it, on the schedule you are told.
Make sure she has a lot of water. And she will probably need medicine to settle her stomach so she can eat.
One thing you'll want to be careful of is to not give her too much food at once: Her body won't accept it.
Good luck!

She is septic and will most likely die without being in the hospital. Get her there asap. Good luck and sorry about your pup.
