The Noachian covenant was for all generations of Noah (everybody who ever lived after the Flood) and included the animals. It was primarily about the sanctity of life, accountability to God of people and animals taking human life and God promising never to flood the planet again.
The covenants with Abram came prior to covenants with Israel because the nation did not form until after God kept his covenant promise to give Abram a son. The Abrahamic covenant had circumcision as its sign and also included all nations of the earth being blessed because of Abram's faith.
The Mosaic covenant (which is what I think you mean by the covenant with Israel) gave this nation God's laws to keep, to identify them as God's chosen people, set apart as holy. Circumcision, keeping this law, and monotheism identified them.

All three covenants show the sovereignty of God as he took the initiative to make certain promises. The people who entered into these covenants solemnly swore to obey God and do what he asked of them.

The Noachian one said nothing about living forever and had the rainbow as its sign.
The Abrahamic one enveloped all nations of the earth and had faith at its core.
The Mosaic one identified one small nation as set apart for God's purposes and had obedience to God's laws at its centre.

All three combine to show God's faithfulness because they are all linked and show that God is sovereign over all the nations of the earth, and that he requires faithful obedience from those he would bless.

Genesis 8:15-9:17 with Matthew 24:36-39
Genesis 12:1-4 with 14:18-20 and 15:1-21 and 17:1-22 with Hebrews 11:1-18
Exodus 19:3-20:20 with 2 Corinthians 3:1-18

God bless you in your studies.

Remember, a covenant was a legal contract used in the ancient world. In any covenant, each party agreed to do something.

For Noah, see Genesis 8:21 - 9:17.
For Abraham, see Genesis 17:1 - 17:16.
For Israel, see Genesis 32:24 - 32:32.

Most of the covenant between Israel and God was actually inherited from Abraham's covenant, which God said that he would also establish with Abraham's descendents.

I'm assuming that "Israel" is a reference to Jacob. If you are talking about the nation of Israel, that is pretty extensive. It is pretty much descibed throughout the book of Deuteronomy.

In plain words, God's message to all of them is "Trust what I say."
Deuteronomy 8
3 He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your fathers had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.

You can find the theme throughout the Bible. Trust in Him, and He will do what He promised to do. That's the way God has always done thing, even in the Garden.

Genesis 2
16 And the LORD God commanded the man, "You are free to eat from any tree in the garden; 17 but you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for when you eat of it you will surely die."

But they did eat from it, and men have been dying ever since. They did not apply trust into what God told them to do.

I hope that helps you not only with your assignment, but also the rest of your life.

You should look up the covenants, document each and analyze them to finish your assignment. I could do it for you, but you would not learn how to do this.

For a great place for bible commentary, verses, versions, etc., go to: http://www.BlueLetterBible.org

You can do your research faster there.
