So many people ask this same question every day.

You can't do or take anything to make yourself grow. It happens naturally. Your height comes from your genes. You can't change your height, you can't add to your height or make yourself grow any faster. There are no supplements, vitamins, herbs, drugs, foods, drinks, exercises, sports, no stretches, no hanging from bars.....nothing will make you grow.
Guys are not done growing until they're 21-22, so you will have to be patient and wait to see how tall you are by then. You have barely started puberty. Relax.

Sure fruits and vegetables are good for you, but honestly, if you don't eat them, you will still end up the same height you are meant to be. You could eat all junk food (but please don't!) and you'll be just as tall as though you had eaten all healthy food. (If you eat junk food, you'll just be fat.)

If you are still within the growing age then perhaps you can add a few inches by eating a balanced diet and leading an active life. A nutritious diet that includes fruits and vegetables, dairy, cereals, meat, and plenty of water will aid the natural process for enhancing height. A good and proper night’s sleep is also essential for the growth process. Taking part in active sports along with some stretching exercises can have a cumulative effect on human growth. There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1. Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2. Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Good luck

Your genetics will determine your height, amongst other things. Eat natural, healthy nutritious food and it will help you achieve your full genetic potential. There is a case to be argued that eating junk food will inhibit reaching your full capabilities by, strange as it may sound, making you grow too quickly and 'stunting' you. Certainly with dogs, if you feed them up too fast they get health issues later in life and never end up any bigger in the long term. Dont really know if that is helpful??
Unfortunately you cant eat a specific food to grow taller no matter what anyone tells you.
Best wishes.

You're normal for your age. You have a couple growth spurts coming up, and you will keep growing till you're 20! In the meantime, drink 3 glasses of any kind of milk a day. Eat your veggies!~! Also, eat lots of protein.(chicken, fish, beef, eggs.) Don't believe anyone who tells you that doing yoga stretches will make you taller. All they do is give you better posture, which can add up to 2 inches! So remember to stand up tall and proud! Btw, the height of your parents and THEIR parents have a lot to do with your future height. Good luck, kiddo! No matter what, be thankful for all you've been given. :)

nicely, you're approximately 0.5-a-foot taller than average, that's extraordinarily tall. i'm not sure what you mean by using "too tall"? women human beings love tall adult adult males, and in a woman's eyes, the taller the extra constructive, so which you're in no way too tall to get the girls. although, being too tall might reason well-being issues, yet i think of that as long as you're no longer over 7'0, you're able to be nice. in case you joined the NBA, you does not be everywhere close to to being the tallest participant.

You can wait and hope. That's about it. If you're a girl, you could grow for another year or two. A guy could keep growing for another 7-8 years.

One thing you can do to appear taller is to work on your posture. Yoga may also help because it creates long, lean muscles.

you will still grow some, so don't worry about it. besides eating healthy and getting exercise, there is nothing you can do to make yourself grow. your genes that you inherited from your parents will determine how tall you are as an adult. if you can find any place where your height was written down when you were 2 or 3, that's about half your adult height. check in your baby book, if you have one, or ask your pediatrician.
