I am an Atheist.
I dreamt that a very bright light came to me into my dreams and with a very exquisite voice he told me "Search for the Truth".
What does he mean? I woke up frightened.
What should I do?
Do you believe me or no? why and why not?

Searching for the truth merely means to never stop asking questions. Even as an Atheist who doesn't believe in God, you should never stop asking if he exists nor should you ever stop asking if he doesn't exist. I think the truth lies in between.

A beam of light exists in any tradition. Light is what all species, plants, animals, are attracted to. Whether that classes as God, who knows, I wouldn't conclude anything like so many do.

So, somebody had a dream that confirmed you with a existence which you have been extra beneficial than probably to have. maximum females seem very very like their mothers. maximum married females finally end up faster or later pregnant with a daughter that feels like them. that may no longer prophecy. Why did no longer every physique dream of you having 2 boys, then a woman? Why did no longer every physique have a dream with a correct timeframe? What makes you assume desires are out of your god fairly than from the subconscious, like psychological learn exhibits? "no longer something ever in this entire international ought to ever get me to have self assurance that God isn't genuine and his methods are not perfect and morally appropriate." that's what's frightening approximately Christianity. that is what finally ends up in human beings committing genocide interior the thought God needs a team lifeless, killing their infants interior the concept that is extra perfect for them to bypass to God, or killing somebody you think of has displeased God. that is what excuses the mass homicide of harmless human beings interior the Bible. To every physique else, the thoughts interior the old testomony are frightening and depict a monster, yet to a Christian who has a deep ought to have self assurance that their god is sweet, by some means atrocities grow to be morally appropriate. that is definitely frightening. that is as though solid concept erases your ethical compass and makes you have self assurance that homicide is stable.

Yes, that is the answer to a prophecy made many years ago. In the last days the old men will dream dreams and the young men will see visions. Man is used, but it can be man or woman.

You must be joking, right? If you can say, "I'm an atheist," but then you ask this question, then you're not an atheist. You're an agnostic.

Atheist=I do not believe there is a God.

Agnostic=I do not know if there is a God.

Yes I believe you, and He means to search the truth of His Word. You already know that He is real. You just said that God came to you in a dream. †

1st.If you're an Atheist, that means you don't believe in God...but you recognized him in your dream. so you do believe but are confused about what to do. 2ND..The best way to search for the truth is to read his word "bible". Talk to other believers, let all your doubts and worries go.. open your mind and heart and you will be pleasantly surprised with what God can do for you.

Someone must be praying big time for you. He does visit us in our dream state. As a matter of fact, when we are awake, many are to distracted to hear God so when we are at our most vulnerable state is when we can hear him clearest. We do spend almost 1/3 of our life asleep. I know that God has given me specific direction in my life through dreams.

i say its a huge blessing. you were called upon. he doesnt do that for everyone, escpecially a confessed athiest. even though it might be hard to grasp u need to follow ur heart and search for the truth. he is the truth and the light. and even though ur probably having problems distinguishing this from a dream- its worth a shot, isnt it?

This same thing happened to me and I am an atheist as well. In my dream god was a beautiful blonde haired lesbian, butt-naked with a perfect body, I am not even lying. I have no idea what it signifies, but I wouldn't put too much stock in it. I also have dreams where I grow beards, I doubt that's going to happen anytime soon.
