Spiritual.
Meaning unfolds.
Follow the trail of insights.
If you look around, you'll see a 360 degree horizon.
The world outside of you speaks,
the world inside of you speaks.
Turn around slowly until both voices line up and become one. Meaning will be revealed at that moment.
That's your direction.
Spirit flows in the direction of deep, personal, dramatic meanings and freer realms of understanding and action and creativity and love and promise.
That's the key.

All actions taken in a physical body from an unenlightened state create karma.
So what?
In a moment, karma becomes a no thing ~ to live within time while existing out of time is the key. Poof! It is of no consequence.
To direct Self is to assume the position of responsible self awareness, ready to fall down, get back a up, and be seen doing such. You are we are all physical, as we are spirit. Both exist, neither negates the other. No duality of perception is the goal, and if one is not willing to draw spirit into the realm of the physical, then how does this cognition occur? The flow is one sided, always in movement towards spirit, there is no figure 8 of infinity.
Know thyself, hear thy heart, and be as true to this as you possible can. In the hearing, be ready at all times to take action, respond from love, and you will create your heaven on this earth, in this lifetime.

I direct my energy to the Spiritual. I have come to the point where I truly realize that the physical will be nothing more than a forgotten blimp when all of this is past. I know that this body is nothing more than a picture of the ego, & even that is not real. If this truly is nothing more than a dream with no significance & will not even be remembered, then I want to stop this crazy cycle of illusion & go home to reality. I finally know there is nothing to learn, nothing to be, & nothing to gain by placing any worth on something that cannot be real. I am that I have sought all this dream, & I will wake up & remember myself.

There are many pieces of the puzzle you are co creating with the universe. No keys are necessary since there are no locks. No direction has limits but are circular and continue as the figure 8 repeated on an endless track past all understanding and awareness. Come, I will show you.

Being a carbon-based biped, subject to physical deterioration, I don't claim to direct myself in any manner that will impact the Cosmos. I would like to believe that my practicing the "Golden Rule" in daily life will have a positive effect on others. But the results ( if any) of my behavior are not under my direction or control. I now realize that it doesn't pay me to take myself too seriously. For just like a ripple in a lake, "I" am here today and gone tomorrow.

Hi,
I feel more able to ‘connect’ with a higher spiritual energy source when I am out in the countryside, by the sea, close to nature. I transmit the spiritual energy that resides deep inside my being by tuning into this higher or universal conscience. I tap into this energy in prayer. I link spiritually to others through this universal spirit.
Energy flows in circles not just outwards; it can be absorbed and transmitted to others in healing (through reiki which is incredibly relaxing and which can be performed in person or as distant healing)

I'm not sure we can do any of the directing. It's almost like life "unfolds" and we bring a "special awareness" that includes, courage and gentleness to the living process. In this way, we influence the manifestation.
I love what a friend said to me the other day. He commented that as we observe nature we give it a reason for being! Love is reflected in love.

Yes, the piece that most everyone seems to miss is being. An active state of allowing what is; allowing awareness of the perfection of this moment when missing negates intent and action. Intent and action without aware being brings one back into unconsciousness.

That which is forming is emptying;
That which is emptying is forming....
In a man's life, his time is but a moment, his being a mere flux, his senses a dim glimps, his body food for the worms, and his soul a restless eddy....the things of the body pass like a flowing stream; life a brief sojourn; and one's mark in this world is soon forgotten. Marcus Aurelius.

Yes. The physical can take hold and trap for some time, until you awaken and realize that the need to let go is there.
