I happen to see a recommendation for a condom to be used as a safe birth control method. These are not 100% safe.(but close to it)
Also they are not 100% safe against the aids virus. An aids virus measures 1 micron in width. Ther are micrscopic holes found in condoms that are 10 microns in width.
These are the same holes which allow air to escape from a blown up balloon after a few days!

Who is "they" and where did you get this information.

Also are we discussing AIDS as per the American difintion or the definition used by Africa and much of the rest of the world?

Did they say it was 100% safe? I hope not...I'm sure that there are people out there that would believe that!
