i dont think it makes people a slut.
who cares what individuals do as long as they arent sleeping with your bf or husband its fine.

it is insane that so many girls consider it "ew"
i know guys who have slept with over 40 girls in a year...and they get praised.
Girls why do you make it seem like such a big deal, you are making it worse for yourselves.

i havent slept with many people, and i get considered a slut by some people.
ive slept with 2 people. one was a boyfriend of 2 years and the other was a good friend.
i get really annoyed that the word w.hore/s.lut is thrown around so readily.

NO, Guys do it all the times. If that's what you want go for it. This is coming from a woman who held down a 7 year relationship, who never cheated. I'd consider my self very educated also. The only way it would be appropriate to classify someone as a ho, Is if they are having a 1 night stands every night. A random 1 night stands should not make you a ho or anything thing else, just be sure to use protection.

Personally, I have had only 1 one night stand. But I'd like to think that at my age, it doesn't make me a bad person if I have more.
Somehow tho, the standard seems to be different from guys to girls. If I tell a group of my friends that I had sex with 20 women, I'd get high fived and praised and looked up to, Yet, if you tell a group of your friends that you had sex with 20 guys, you'd be looked at as a whore.
Personally, I think one night stands are ok at a certain age, if you do it rarely, and keep it your OWN buisness, not everyone elses. And be SAFE about it.

Well different people have different definitions of whores/sluts... I think If you have more than like 4 one night stands in a short periods of time you should definatly think about it. But if you continue to do that stuff people will consider you that even if you really arent. REPUTATION is worse than the actual acts.
I have had sex with less than 10guys.(including my life partner) and some people may think that is a whore, and some dont. Keep in mind though, that most of these were in long-term relationships.

The old double standards are falling fast. One night stands used to be ok for guys, but not for girls. Of course, the problem is that a guy needs a girl to have a one night stand. Therefore, if it is ok for guys then it is ok for girls.
I could never have had a one night stand, because sex for me is about love and if I am not in love with a girl then the sex is not possible.
If a one night stand works for you, then just make sure to use protection. You do not want to get sick just for sex.

It dont make you look like an angel, but it dont make you look any worse than the number of guys that do the same thing. Dont let them be the ones to judge you.

Nope. If a guy does it, he's a player. If a girl does it, she gets a reputation. Not fair. As long as you are responsible about it and are happy with your lifestyle, go ahead.
