you know, if i were you and was watching 7 kids, i would chop it up in kinda small chunks and fry it in olive oil with a touch of butter with salt and pepper, maybe some garlic powder, and when it is done let them dip it in ketchup or bbq sauce...they might like that and it is very easy!!!!and good luck with the kids!!!!

Well. I don't necessarily know if kids will like this particular recipe, but you might try this aside from making it for children as part of a dish you yourself might like to try.
~Cut the chicken into small chunks
~Cook some white rice in a rice cooker (if you have one, if not cook the rice if you know how, or just cook some instant rice)
~Brown the chicken in a fry pan
~Add some garlic powder if desired (or any seasoning to desired taste such as pepper, salt, season-all, etc.)
~Add some frozen green beans (or fresh green beans if you are ambitious enough) and allow to cook with already nearly cooked chicken
~Add 1 can of Mushroom soup into pan (or 2 cans depending on amount of other ingredients, you want enough soup to completely cover all ingredients)
~Allow to simmer (at this point you may add a teaspoon or two of soy sauce to add a little kick of flavor, most people do not, but I do)
~Then serve a layer of rice on a dish and pour chicken/mushroom gravy on top of the bed of rice
It's a fantastic dish that's relatively easy to make and can be prepared in a half hour or less. I am just not sure if kids will go for the mushroom gravy part. I can't remember if I like mushroom gravy when I was a kid...lol...

Here's an idea for you ~
Chicken Breast Supreme
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
8 slices bacon (cut in half)
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place chicken in a baking dish, 13x9 is fine.
Place 2 slices of baon on each breast, bake for 30 minutes.
Mix the cream of mushroom soup with the sour cream and pour over the chicken.
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
Serve with cooked egg noodles (preferably the wide ones).

Spray the bottom of a caserole dish with a non-stick cooking spray. Cut the chicken into small strips and coat in melted butter or margarine. Take crushed corn flakes (you can sub crushed crackers, non-sweet cereal of any sort, potato chips) and dip the butter coated chicken in the chrushed flakes. Place the chicken strips in the caserole and put it in the oven at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
It will taste better if you add a little bit of pepper, salt or other mild seasoning/spice. This ends up tasting like home cooked chicken nuggets and most kids will like it.
I hope this helps.

Chicken with Italian Dressing
Dee Allington
chicken 2 chicken bouillon cubes
Italian dressing
In a large pot of water, cook chicken until done. Put chicken into a baking dish and pour Italian dressing on top. Bake at 350^ for 35 to 40 minutes. Meanwhile as that is baking, make gravy with the chicken stock by adding 2 bouillon cubes and biscuits.
Personal note: I make enough biscuit dough to make short cake along with this meal.

My sister used to make lemon chicken with white rice. It is really easy to make, cheap, and goes a long way.
all you is some water and lemon pepper seasoning (and maybe a can of cream of chicken soup)
-preheat the oven to 350
- place chicken on baking sheet and sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on them
- cook for about 10-15 min and flip over
- sprinkle more lemon seasoning and cook for another 10-15 min
- make instant rice just as it says on box
- (if you want you could also get a can cream of chicken soup to mix in with the rice- but just use a little bit)
- AND SERVE!!

veggies aren't always everyone's favorite, but this method tastes great, and masks the "veggie" flavor...
season the chicken breast with italian spices or cover with italian breadcrumbs... whatever you have should do...
use frozen spinach souffle and a can of diced tomatoes.
heat souffle following microwave instructions, mix in tomatoes to taste.
you can stuff the chicken breast with the mixture before cooking or cover with the mixture before serving.
it's cheesy, simple, and not too bad for you.
or, cook chicken breasts thoroughly, cut into chunks, and add to angel hair or rigitoni... even bowtie pasta. use any sauce, or just add olive oil, chopped olives (black or green or both), fresh parmasan cheese, tomatoes... whatever they'll eat. pasta and chicken are both pretty much blank canvases. you can be as creative as you want.

Marinade the chicken breasts in Italian dressing. Take the chicken and put it in a pan. Then bake it until it is white all the way though the meat. It is *very* tasty.
