Just have him take a morning dump before school. Give him a bottle of coffee and Exlax when he wakes up. Afterwards, change his diaper before you drop him off. That way he won't be in a soiled diaper the rest of the day except for peeps, but diapers can hold more peeps than poops.

ADDENDUM:
Uh oh mimi, it appears berrel has you over a barrel.

1. Unless your son is developmentally behind or has a disability there is really no reason he shouldn't be potty trained. I don't know excatly how old he is but if he starts kindergarten next fall I'll assume he is 4 or 5.

2. As far back as I remember kindergarten teachers have never changed diapers. I know at the daycare where I worked they did potty training in the 2yr old class, they weren't accepted into the 3yr old class untill they were potty trained.

3. It's understandable if he has accidents every now and then but the fact he sees nothing wrong with sitting in a soiled diaper all day, it doesn't seem he is even partially potty trained.

4. Should it be a rule that teachers have to change diapers? No it shouldn't, they are not there to baby sit and wipe his butt, they are there to teach.
Is our school system getting lazy? Maybe but that has nothing to do with the question.

Basically it comes down to, he should be potty trained at 2 to 3 yrs old, that is your job as a parent. If he has a developmental problem or a problem that causes him to have a different mentality, for example a 2yr old instead of a 5yrold, you should consider putting him in special education classes or waiting a yr or so before putting him in school.

It's not the school system that is lazy, it's the parents. Kids are 5 years old by the time they hit kindergarten and should have been potty trained for a year or two at the least. My question is why is your son still in diapers? Does he have a medical problem? If so, then he might need to attend a special school. Potty train your kid, if not!

You've left out details is your son disabled, is he starting school extremely young, if not it Sounds like your being lazy! Your child should be potty trained by kindergarten that's ages 4& 5 maybe you ment head start or pre-school . They dont pay kindergarten teachers to change diapers and do day care there are payed to start your childrens educations and learn the alphabet and such.

I looked at your questions previous, and I'm thinking you're not serious - at least I hope not, unless like previously was said your son has a disability of some sort. A child should be potty trained long before 4 - let alone 5. Teachers are not, and should not be responsible for diaper changing.

By kindergarden the children are between 5 and 6 years old! If you child is still having "accidents" then I suggest buying those special diapers/underwear for kids. I think they are called Goodnights? I can't remember. I never remember a time when Kindergarden teachers had to change diapers. Heck, now even in preschool, most teachers won't accept students until they are potty trained.

Your child should be potty trained by the time he reaches Kindergarten. I can't imagine changing a 5 year olds diaper.

Your kid should be potty trained by age 2, 3 at the latest. You start kindergarden when you are 5. If the kid is still wearing diapers at 5 then you have an even bigger problem than the teacher not changing diapers.

Well, if he's a special needs student, he may be sent to the school nurse for his diaper change, The teacher has a room full of students to watch and teach , and diaper changing is a private thing , which would take her away from the job, she is paid to do, Not Lazy, busy.

Kindergarden and still wears diapers.....I think your son is way too old to still be wearing diapers. Where I live you start Kindergarden at the age of 4 or 5 and by then you should be potty trained.

Unless your child has a disability it is unreasonable to expect the teachers to change him. Five year olds should be well out of diapers. If he is a child covered by the disability laws someone will have to change him. It may be the teacher or it may be an aide or the school nurse.
