what does (sic) mean?

Oh, Ok thanks...I had seen 2 atheists say it in a question earlier and I had never been exposed to it.

I learned something new today!

spelling incorrect... This isn't an acronym though, but rather the latin word for "thus", implying that one is quoting someone else who has spelled something incorrectly.

(it can also be used to refer to any other error that one knows they are replicating in redistributing someone else's work, but this is a much less common use than in the case of spelling.)

It means that you are only reproducing someone else's misspelling. For example, if you quote someone who says "Athiests are dumb" you would include [sic] after "athiests" to show that you realize it is spelled incorrectly, but are repeating exactly what the other person wrote.

"Athiests [sic] are dumb."

[sic] means exact quote, oftentimes of something that is spelled incorrectly or archaically.

It has no meaning here. :)

By the way its not really a religious question more of a writing question.
